You should access links bellow with your iPhone, because this are all iPhone optimized web galleries. If the application detect that you're not iPhone user, you will be redirected to appropriate url for your browser.
Basically they are all develop in Javascript and like a Photos application have thumbnails on one view and full screen mode on another. As expected, Apple's solution is the closest match to the original. As they are created in era before 2.0 OS, neither one has sliding or touches support.

You have to have Facebook account, and access Photos section.
Google Picassa Mobile Web
Very nice solution with web variant of zoom feature too.
